He reaches for toys. He turns half-way over. He kicks and laughs and practices screaming louder than ever before. He jumps in the doorway, lifts his head off the floor, throws the ball off his chair. While Mama has absolutely no caffeine as a rule, Milo definitely has his hyperactive moments.
