Great Grandma. Great Grandpa. Great Aunt Claudia. Great Uncle Jerry. Grandma & Paw-Paw. Gran'mama & Granddaddy. The beloved Auntie Sarah. Mama & Papa. The magnificient Mr. Whale. Sun, storms, sand, surf, secrets and sippy cups with ice cubes.

It was a week of MAJOR spoiling for one almost nine-month-old, and a lovely week for his parents to read more than a page of their novels, make their own messes, and sneak away for one late-night walk on the beach.
